Senza contare che in for honor Il migliore attacco è la difesa. Questo perché tutti i personaggi sono in grado di infliggere enormi danni dopo una parata andata a buon fine. Questo è il più grande problema del gioco, in quanto va a neutralizzare l'attacco e renderlo superfluo. Se siete dei maestri della difesa avete praticamente vinto visto che ogni parry prevede un contrattacco. Per non parare della legnosita del meta. Risulta un gioco molto macchinoso per i novizi e ciò impedisce il punto forte di tutti i videogiochi:il divertimento. Certo anche he chi ha preso il gioco fin dal day one si è potuto godere a pieno il titolo visto che non c'era nessuno di effettivante forte all'epoca. Now when it was anounced i waited in anguish for the game to finally come out and when it did come out my father got it for me and I was a bit mixed in my play through. first of the multiplayer online would break and the online would stop working though not often, also i hated how i was forced to sign up for U Play.The goods of this game for me was the story action and graphics from this i was going to give this game a 7/10 but i was torn as I love Ubisoft and their other games (Assassins creed) and would love to see this game improved later in updates perhaps thanks for reading and BBYYEE

It really is a great game i like what they did with the unique four person peer 2 peer connection which is smart but as usual people complain because they either have poor connections, A poor isp, or disconnect. This game cannot work miracles the problem is the playerbase and kids these days. They should keep working, patching and add harsh penaltys to people who disconnect and ruin the feel of the games. It is not meant to be a drop in drop out game now enough talking and start killing!

The premise, control scheme, and setting offer a LOT of diversity, room for expansions, and above all else, lots of fun.Unfortunately you'll only be able to reliably experience that fun while playing against AI or through the single-player portion of the game (which is only about 7-8 hours long and VERY barebones). The single-player mode is more of an advanced tutorial to get you familiar with different classes and factions.Ubisoft decided to set this game up P2P (Peer to Peer) server-wise. This means that instead of there being dedicated servers for online play, the games are hosted by yourself or other players. This is where the problems come in. The game is unplayable for many due to this because it creates a consistent and regular scenario where the game crashes and sends you back to the main menu.This means you earn no rewards, cannot advance your hero in gear, and cannot earn war assets for the metagame to deploy for your chosen faction. it's a shame as well since the game itself is fun and "fresh". At this point I cannot suggest this game to anyone as you're taking a very real chance of spending $60+ on a game that is broken and unplayable.

For Honor is an entertaining game on the PlayStation 4 and after the 4GB initial patch which addresses a few issues, you’re ready to be transported back to the violent time of Knights, Vikings and Samurai. Sure, the story in the single-player campaign is a little contrived at times but it’s a great introduction to the game and more importantly the controls. Given that, the combat mechanics of For Honor is quite sturdy and can be very brutal at times, particularly in multiplayer but the amount of grinding and use of both in-game and real-world currency may deter some people.

The story line was predictable and the characters unmemorable, seriously I can't remember their names, and the final boss fight being one of the easiest in the game (this was on the "hard" difficulty.) My opinion doesn't stem form a lack of a challenge but the simplicity of the combat as well as the pace. I found myself waiting for the enemy to strike so that I could parry them and get a few hits in then repeat, any more aggression and the AI would mercilessly punish you (think dark souls.) I found myself bored with the single player relatively quickly and see little reason to replay.Disclaimer: If you are going to get this game, get it on PC as you can not remap the controller on the console. I so badly wished to move some of the controls around for a more comfortable feel but there is absolutely no changes to the controller layout (again console only.)Multiplayer- Another console-exclusive issue I've noticed is the default "mute", you must enable mic communication in order to speak, a setting buried away but even if you manage to find and enable it, good luck finding someone else who has, in the week I have had the game, I have yet to speak to another player. Nothing like feeling forced to play a game mode that you don't want to play because of "daily quests" that are essential for progression (gear); that being the next issue, in a game that centers around skill-based-combat, there should be no "gear" or "loot" that gives you an advantage over another player but there is and it is infuriating to fight someone who goes into "revenge mode" during a 1v1 fight. Back to the "game modes you don't want to play" bit, do you like being double teamed or triple teamed? In the entire game this has to be the second most infuriating aspect, you are winning a fight against an opponent only for his ally (or team) to come over and start hitting you in the back; at least in comparable games like blade symphony, most players had a sense of...well...honor and would allow the initial 1v1 fight to conclude before dueling the opponent, an event that is non-existent in this game. Finally the most frustrating factor in this game is ironically the combat system, the core of the game; nothing brings me closer to bursting blood vessels than executing a proper parry or block on the controller only to take the hit in-game which drove me to write this review. I would not recommend getting this game to anyone as it is a one-trick-pony fad that probably posses more risk to your personal health than the entertainment you get for the one to two weeks before the shallow gameplay loses it's lure.

For Honor does a great job trying to find a new way of telling a very old and very familiar story. It accomplishes so much that it does provide an entertaining way to push you through the repetition of a hack and slash game. However, when you least expect it, you get impaled right through the heart by a broken multiplayer experience where the fragments of microtransactions and more splinter through the game, and while the blow isn't fatal now, if the connection issues aren't addressed, it will be.

For Honor is brutal fun. The fighting game mechanics take some time to truly get used to, but once you do, there's a unique, clever and deeply engaging multiplayer experience to be had here.

For Honor is a real surprise. In terms of gameplay mechanics it’s top-notch, visually it’s excellent, and there’s a decent if fairly formulaic campaign to play through. It’s in For Honor’s multifaceted multiplayer, however, where Ubisoft has has struck gold. Testing your combat knowledge against real players, either in one-on-one duels or in large conquest-style battles, is both thrilling and unique in the action genre.

For Honor's tactical, forceful swordplay is extremely well-executed, especially for a first attempt. It's just a shame it's attached to so many distractions, including a bewildering story mode.

For Honor will inevitably be a favorite title. It combines easy to pick up, complicated to master fighting and action-style gameplay with compelling gameplay types and there's nothing quite like it. However, if you were looking for a single-player game, you might not want to purchase this title. The heart and soul of For Honor are its multiplayer modes, and unfortunately, at this time, there are enough issues with matchmaking and peer-to-peer connections that you may want to wait until Ubisoft has some time to fix those problems. However, once For Honor has a solid networking backbone I can say it'll be one of my go to multiplayer titles for the next few years to come.

Solid gameplay mechanics, interesting visuals and remarkable sound effects. However, it is a shame that it lacks content, with a single player campaign that adds nothing to the experience. These lacking elements can overshadow Ubisoft's good work and bury the game before they expect.

The move sets for each character are well thought out and balanced, meaning people who put in enough effort will succeed with any of the available heroes. It’s just that Ubisoft has once again not anticipated the needs of a game such as this. I feel like peer-to-peer wasn’t the right system for such a game, and that it would have been better for everyone if this had been a client-server game.
